part editor wizards please reply!

Ok, done this a hundred times, but it is alluding me this morning, (excuses are-not enough sleep, or I am just getting old and stupid,forgetful....)

I have to build some commercial die walls for a couple radius reception desks, basically 4" wide radius walls out of 49" x 97" 3/4 corestock. Its going to take several pcs to build the wall so I need to nest them.

The inside radius is 227" and the outside radius is 231", any one care to grab me by the nose and walk me through this?
I would appreciate it.

I wouldn't say I was a part editor wizard but I can maybe help on this one. I usually use a CAD program to draw the radius parts up and then save it as a DXF file. Create a display panel and take it to the contour editor, right click and select Load Geometry, then select the DXF file you created. Take it back to the part editor, right click and select Create Part Using Closed Contour, click on the pattern and you have your part. I attached a zipped DXF file I created which is approximately 95" long with an inside radius of 227" and an outside radius of 231".

You sound like a wizard to me Jon. And that's exactly how I do it.
