I am trying to modify an open corner cabinet fron the 32mm system library to my construction settings. I can't seem to get rid of drill holes in the back of the cabinet. I cleared all the defaults for the cabinet assuming that they were connector holes.
Any suggestions?

Highlight the part by clicking it and then right click and choose Remove Part Editor Cuts/from selected part.
