Since Monday when the spindle stopped and snapped the tool we have tightened all the relevant connections as you suggested, we were looking at the output screen for any fluctuating we did not realise that the display on the frequency drive was in side the control! we have finished the nest and ran some other programs expecting it to stop but it has not since.

So proceeding with caution.

Hello Stephen, I'm sorry I wasn't more clear on the location of the frequency drive display. Hopefully, it was just a loose connection. Just keep me posted on any problems you may have. Thanks
