When we try to use an off fall, for some reason when we do "accept sheet" it will show a second of the same off fall. Then it freezes up. When we don't click the "accept sheet" button it doesn't freeze up and it works. Is anyone else having this happen?

What version of Control Nesting are you using? You can find this in the top left corner on the screens title bar.

Hi Daniel!
We are using CN 5.49. I spoke with Scott Vaal about this and the conclusion we came to is that when scanning in a bar code for an off fall, it is already accepting the sheet so there is no need to click the "accept sheet" button. Since we stopped accepting the sheet the second time it hasn't been an issue.
