I haven't been on this forum for quite a while, had a hard time remembering what my username and password was! Anyway, I drew up a kitchen and while trying to take walls to the line drawing editor 2 of the 3 went in reversed, with the back side of the wall showing. All of the walls are drawn the proper direction, and only one will show the cabs. any ideas????
I came across the same problem, also cabinets would be shown inside out and with parts (stiles, rails, doors) missing or in the wrong places. Have to make a pdf and print that, and that isn't always the best format, uses more ink on my computer.
I can't even do that, all I see is the back side of the wall in the line drawing. If I highlight the entire wall, I can click on the command to number the cabinets, and the numbers will show on the back side of the wall but I can't see any of the cabinets, and there is no way to reverse the view or the wall. I am sure it is something simple, I just don't know what. I am seeing several things that don't seem to work right with the new version, I want the old one back.......
This was an issue during Beta Testing of V6 but I don't see it in the release of Version 6. Post your job so they can take a look at it.
Is this a job created in V6 or brought forward from V5.2?

It was created in Version 6. I will try to post it. Thanks!
I was curious if you could still post a sample job showing this behavior. I just want to make sure it gets corrected if there is a problem.
Thanks.
Here you go, I had to delete 2 walls of cabinets to make the file small enough to send - but if you try to take the remaining cabinet wall into the line editor it will go in backwards. Thanks!
Seems what is going on is you have used Reverse Build Direction on the wall. You can see this by creating a simple wall, select Wall Options->Reverse Build Direction, place a cabinet on the front side of the wall, then take to LDE. It will come in backwards as you described.
So this is an issue to be addressed.
Thanks for posting your job so that I could see exactly what is going on.

I was trying to remember if I had to reverse any walls, and after thinking on it a while I remembered I did, but only the one with the cabs on the wall. It happens on two of the 3 walls, the one in the drawing that has cabinets still on it (the one I reversed direction) and the wall with the door in it (that one was never reversed). I had to remove the cabs on two of the walls to make the file small enough to send. Thanks again!
The walls on the left went into the LDE as expected
The walls on the right were all reversed.
There was no 'reverse build direction' used to create the walls in this job
