I have a problem where the bottom of the upper cabinet is finished. Inside the cabinet is white but the outside is laminate finish. I want to make a full deck with blind dado joints so that no screws will be needed and no lamination when the cabinet is being put together. The issue here is that if I select good one side material eCabinets will put the good side inside. I can't really flip the sheets on the CNC because it will interfere with other parts.
I understand that with my suggestion there would be a whole lot of flip operations but sometimes it's needed. What I need really is a way to choose which side is inside or outside
I always have finished bottoms on my upper cabinets also.
E-Cabinets always nests 2 sided material inside up.
The inside gets machined first, then you need to flip it for the tenons.
If you are using 2 sided melamine where both sides are the same it nests it
outside up. Then you need to flip it to machine the back dado.
So what is wrong with this?

We do this fairly often when using materials with a different finish on each side. Some parts need to be cut with Outside finish up and some with outside finish down. (before flipOps) Sides can be cut OS fin down while tops and deck usually need to be cut with the OS fin up. It just takes a little work to define the proper material to make it work.
