Which OS are you running?
Check in the localstore/backup directory for the latest backup file of localstore.x.x.x.mdb and make a copy of it.
Then rename the copy 'localstore.mdb' and place it in the localstore directory, replacing the current (empty) localstore.mdb file
you should be good to go

Actually I would recommend saving that current localstore.mdb file just in case though.....hope that helps

Depends on the OS hence the first question.....
I don't know on 7, I am running XP. You can do a search to find the folder but on XP it's in a hidden folder (application data).
My backup software does not backup hidden folders or files, so I was outta luck.
The installer is supposed to trigger an automatic backup of these files, into that localstore/backup directory.

Perhaps Ryan can relist the directories for each OS?

For anyone else reading: Please check your backup files to be sure your localstore files are backed up before installing!!

Bryan,

For Windows 7, the folder in question is
C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\localstore

Hope this helps.
