Drawer Box Designer Issues

As reported in V6b1 there are issues with using constraints to PE cuts in the Draw box designer. Steps to repeat:
CE main
Select Draw box designer
open standard draw box
Const Sett>>global change material to 16mm Horizon
Change method to full dado, depth.3
select OK allow to refresh
Const sett>>back change bottom inset to .5, change dado depth to .25
select OK allow to refresh
pan to make back visible, select, take back to DBPE
place rectangle over each lower corner, apply cut thru to geometry, select main, apply cuts
select back again, take to CM
in CM set Horizontal to .5 on both cutouts, set vertical to 1.313 on both
Top (page view top) cut lowers outside of part instead of raising cutout see below:

You can see that the dado rectangle is still at its original height, but the side height has been reduced.

When these settings, even tho erroneous, are accepted, refresh throws DBE to my other monitor and sets the drawer to look like this:

Let me add that:
When window with green draw box was moved to main screen, drawer rendering dissappeared

clecked on it a few times and shook it with the mouse and draw box reappeared, saved file
when DBE "CLOSE" button is selected, it closed eCabs

I had a little more time to spend on this. More info:

It seems this is a product of placing PE cuts near or on Dados. If butt joinery is global selected this issue dissappears.
When it does happen, it only appears to happen to the upper constraints in CM view. Lower ones work fine.

When closing the CM window the DBD window is always "thrown" to my 2nd monitor. (I do have the item window undocked and placed on the second monitor)
Using the butt joint version (with no errors) and bringing the DBD window back to the main monitor causes loss of the "draw box picture". If the window is clicked and drug an inch or so a few times, the pic reappears.

Steps to repeat:
Open draw box in DBE
Select back..take to CM
make no changes>> select main
Window is now on Mon2
Mouse move window back to Mon1>> pic dissappears
click on save> select yes from save dialog
Pic appears along with explorer window for save> select cancel
100% repeatable on my machine
