Hi, when I have a angle corner cabinet in the cabinet editor and size right and left ends to 12", then hold my mouse over the parts they are 12.625.
I then have to adjust the front inset by .625 and also the top, bot, and shelf front insets to aprox .44. Any ideas?
Thanks
Tim

Re: 45 Degree corner cabinets
Hi Tim,
This is intentional to consider the amount of material that will be mitered off which assumes that you will miter the left and right end at 45 degrees. You have to use those insets or decrease the size of the cabinet to account for the "automath" feature if you're not going to miter the front edges.
This feature will automatically add whatever the material thickness is to the front edge - so if you've got .75" sides, it would add .75" to the depth instead of .625 that you're using now.
Hope this helps,
jnr

Re: 45 Degree corner cabinets
If I remember correctly, way back in V3,4,and 5 this was not the case, a 12" side was a 12" side, but, I am old and probably don"t remember too well.
