The item window seems to have crashed, is there some way to reset it?
It is completely non responsive.....
I have tried restarting eCabinets, then windows and eCabinets, but it loads up like this.
Any recommendations?
I have a job to complete, and this isn't helping much at all. I think its time for a bourbon.

			Bryan,

Could you please attach your ecabinets.ini file for me to look at. It is located here on Vista/Win7: { C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems }. Thanks in advance.

			Scott,

Sorry, I ended up backing up and restoring to the factory restore as I had a virus. May this have been causing the issue?

			Bryan,

If you are up and running now, I would have to say it was highly probable. I assume you are up and running...

Hi I'm having the same problem since updating from 6.5 a few weeks back , no welcome screen with menu or startup
and no access to items.
My system is
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual core 5000= 2.6 GHz
4G ram
Windows 7 64 bit
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
Kasperskys internet suite

I've followed this problem here the past week
and to date I've twice fully scanned for virus installed and removed Ecabinets about 6 times and still nothing with both internet security and virus protection shut off, installed and run as administrator
and I'm at my wits end
attached is my ecabinets ini file, oops here's a problem, my file has an odd extension, it is in_ and it isn't allowed to be attached
I'll save it as a wordpad doc and attach it

Thanks

			George,

Please try this and let me know the results:
1.) Ensure eCabSys is completely shut down.
2.) Delete this directory: C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\html
3.) Run the latest install, choosing the repair option.
4.) Launch eCabSys and let me know the results.
