Hi all. I just finished the basics of a custom layout and saved the file. Not 5 min. later when I tried to open the file I get "An error occurred while loading HOOPS information from the saved file" followed by "There was an error after opening the JOB file". I've looked around on the forum and it seems like there is no solution and you just have to start over?! Great, 2hrs. down the toilet. What's going on? The program not saving properly causing an unreadable file? Other previous layouts load fine. I've tried updating drivers, I'm running V6B6, I've unchecked and rechecked the "Use hoops display list" from the settings/preferences menu...

Hi Jay!
I downloaded the file and in place of the comma in the file name it added a "%2." I am wondering if having a comma in the file name is an issue.
The Thermwood guys will probably have an answer to this!

I named the new file (started from scratch) "Coleman, Michelle 2" and have had no problems with it so far...
