Profile modeler issues

Hi All, when I run the first panel through the modeler it gives me an error on show tool path for region 1 which is the outside region. When I run the 2nd door it goes through the toolpath fine but as soon as I hit run cnc it closes the Thermwood software.

The first file is a panel saved as an assembly. The second is a mdf door. There has been an issue reported that the tool used to create the door had to have an additional inset to get all of the profile on the part. Maybe some of you might look at that as well.

If you create the tool as a symetrical tool, then apply it as the exterior tool on the mdf doors it applies crrectly. I also sent this to the profile modeler and it created the cnc code file. I have zipped up the tool, the dxf file , and a test twd file of a door.
