tooling for hinge holes?

I am getting an error message when I try to nest these parts.
"you need to set a tool for Pocketin or Drilling in tooling for drill operation 53......
this error message repeats itself 16 times for for different parts. I assume it is referring to the 16 8mm holes the hinges.
I cut several doors two days ago with out any problems, I have changed tooling and settings every thing I can think of. I was trying to use a .25 tool to interpolate to the 8mm hole needed.
the other thing with this nest is that when I look at the g code it does not appear that it is cutting out the center of the glass door Z never drops down to the table accept for the out line cuts.
any ideas, solutions?

Jim, it looks like your material is set up for Group 1...under that group it looks like there is no 1/4" tool set up (or any tool small enough set up to interpolate) to interpolate those holes...Was getting error until I added a 1/4" tool and selected interpolate....Let me know what you find

that is what it is.
I don't normally use groups and keep the ignor groups boxed checked.
