Hello, I am going to ask you to send cab file to program@thermwood.com as well....Until I get that, can you change the diameter of that tool being used by just a little bit to see what happens..? Do you know the radius of the arc you made? What size diameter of bit? I have seen before where a certain diameter of bit has caused those circles to show up on screen and error out when running but changing the diameter of the bit by a fraction eliminates it..
I can try the bit dia. size soon, right now it is set at .235 with time left. as far as the arc dia. It's a 3 point arc. Radius of the arc... Well regrettably the line drawing editor doesn't recognize a drawer box to pull measurements off of.
Hello, it looks like in settings the run arcs tab is causing the situation...uncheck this tab and see if it just pockets that area instead of following the circle around the part. We are doing some further studying of your file to make sure it isnt the way part was created that is causing the problem. I did a quick test creating drawer box and seem to be finding the same thing....uncheck this for now and let me know if it fixed it....
This looks to be a eCabinets bug. The arc should be part of the outline, however when the cnc is being generated by ecabinets it is not being include in the outline and is made into a route. I will put this on the list to be fixed. In the mean time, hopefully Joe's suggestion will get you through until the bug is fixed.
