You can use a stretcher then rotate it to the angle needed.

If you want shelf pin holes First add a adjustable shelf then take the ends and/or partitions to the part editor and create edges in the contour Mode .Delete all lines except the holes and save this geometry. Then you can delete the shelf and create the stretcher. Then take the ends/partition back to part editor and open the hole geomentry.If you wish you can move the front or back holes up or down . Then create the pin holes.

You're probably looking for something like this--

I can't open the file now as it was done in an early version but I didn't move any holes -- I just used the next higher back hole and notched the front underside of the shelf so it wouldn't slide off the shelf support.

Thanks Wally, I just saw this reply. This particular cabinet is just a single shelf, not top/bottom but I do like what you've shown for those shoe towers and will give that a try next one we have.
