Is it normal that when you select a bunch of cabinets, then select a wall, then select associate cabinets to wall that only a few of the selected cabinets show up when you go from layout editor to a wall view of the selected wall?
I've tried selecting one cabinet at a time to associate and this method has not worked. I've tried selecting all the cabinets at once and the wall and associate and this method doesn't work. I have the same problem with associations on both the walls in this project.
This has been an ongoing problem for me that has happened in the last several cabinet jobs. Makes it really tough to send elevation drawings to the customer and the installer. Me thinks there might be a cockroach (bug) in the software....

Re: Wall Associations
Donald check to see how many walls the cabinet is associated to. I believe there is a maximum number of walls any individual cabinet can be associated to ( I believe it is three). If that is the case then disassociate from one wall and associate to the desired wall.

Re: Wall Associations
Carmen, thanks for that tidbit. I had no idea about the limits.
I know I have associated to at least two walls, but I've known eCabs to do stuff, or undo stuff, without my knowing.
I'll disassociate the cabinets with all walls and try to associate again.

Re: Wall Associations
Carmen,
That worked on one of the projects. I selected all the cabinets in the project and disassociated from all walls in the project. Then I selected the cabinets I wanted associated with a specific wall and redid the association and it worked.
Me thinks eCabs might get a little confused after working in a project for awhile.
I'm now going to try my big project of 45 cabinets and see if the same process works.

Re: Wall Associations
Good luck. I can empathize with the frustration that arises when things go awry.
