I was cutting some single pass mdf doors today and I had a 2 random doos get cut as a blanks with no profiling done to them... has anyone else had this happen? I'm attaching the picture of the nest along with the graph view showing it not getting a profile. also attaching the actual cnc code. I can give the ecabinets file and twd if needed
its part 4 keep in mind that the file is rotated 180 degrees

We had the same problem, where doors were randomly not getting profiled.
Are you using the latest version of Control Nesting? If so, TADA! Found your problem.
Seems like Thermwood messed up something in that update. We rolled back to the previous version, and problem was solved.
To roll back, just go back to your downloads folder and locate the installer for ControlNestingSetup_6.0.4.18. If you no longer have it, I could get you a copy.
