Has anyone been able to set CN to rough to the skin, then ONLY cut through the skin on the final finish pass? I can't seem to get the setting right for this. My current setup will run the roughing steps to the skin, then cut through the skin with the roughing bit, freeing the work from the off-fall, then the final pass will sometimes cause the work to move (mostly long narrow bits) and ruining the piece. I'm sure I'm missing one critical setting somewhere that will enable this, but for the life of me I can't seem to get it to do this. TIA.

This feature has been added in Control Nesting version 7.06 released today. There is a check box at the bottom of Roughing for this feature. With that box checked, the machine should cut down to the double pass skin leaving the cleanup on the part with the roughing tool, then cut the double pass skin and cleanup with the outline tool.
