in your control panel, under Add/Remove Programs, find ecabinets.exe and choose the repair option

Thanks -- I actually have done that twice, but tried it again and it's still the same.

Wally,
These steps should get you:
1. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\localstore.
2. Delete the LocalStore.mdb.
3. Locate the file LocalStore.6.0.ref.
4. Copy and paste the file.
5. Right click and rename the newly created file to LocalStore.mdb.
6. Start eCabinets.

Thanks, guys. I followed your instructions and then did a Repair, and it all came back.
