Hello,
I'm getting a strange result when I cut the pocket in the frame handle for this job. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Sean,
I did receive your email to my Thermwood account, however the following will also be needed in addition to the CNC file you sent me:
1.) Control Nesting EXPORT file
2.) Design file from eCabinet systems (ie: .hsf, .esa, or .esj)
Thanks!

Sean,
I've found that changing the Tolerance in SETTINGS, to a value of .0001 from .001 causes the correct pocket geom. to cut. The affects of tolerance change can also be monitored by zooming in on each end of the large pocket in the NESTING screen.
This scenario will be under further review here, as I know in the past the tolerance setting could potentially affect whether or not a pocket would cut, however, it wouldn’t affect the actual cut shape as seen in this case.
Thanks for the info.
