Resize cabinet in Custom Layout

Post by Rolf Bergstrom »

It appears that when inserting cabinets in Custom Layout and using the Change Size option to define a custom size, the size of the Toe Kick is lost in the calculation.
If I place three different base cabinets in Custom Layout without changing their size they all insert at the correct height. That is they are all 35 1/2\" tall cabinets with a 5\" detached toe so the actual cabinet height is 30 1/2\" and while selecting the cabinets their height is listed as 30 1/2\". So far everything is okay. Now I change the width of one of these same cabinets while placing it (just the width, nothing else) and the OVERALL height of the cabinet changes to 30 1/2\" instead of the 35 1/2\" that it should be. It still inserts 5\" from the floor like it should and is listed as a 30 1/2\" cabinet as it should but the inserted cabinet is actually only 25 1/2\" tall.

This is a known bug and will be fixed in the next build. If you do not open the change size dialog the cabinet will keep its correct size. Thanks for the heads up though.
