It's certainly normal for us, Terry. The Favorites list has never retained anything we put in it. Would be nice if it worked though, at least so we could have an easier way to get to the flycut program.

Gentlemen,

Could you please do a test for me. Close the SuperControl software, then open Windows Explorer at the SuperControl and go to the c:\system directory. In this directory, find the file "THMFavorites.fav", Right-Click on it and select <Properties> from the menu. Now, on the properties dialog -> General tab, check and see if the Attributes is set to "Read-only". If it is, un-check this and then select OK. Restart the SuperControl and try to save a few favorite, then close the SuperControl and restart (see if favorites still exist). If they still do not, go back and see if the "THMFavorites.fav" file is set back to read only. By default this file should not be set to read-only. I will investigate further into this to ensure that it does not get this attribute from the factory.
Regards,

Scott Vaal

I went in and looked at those properties and neither one was checked but now the favorites for some reason seem to be retained!
