If you call up the START at the beginning of the program and END at the end, above the M02 it will only time the amount of time the machine is running/cutting

Yes. It is the main way we locate fixtures on our 5 axis machines. I even use it for sheet stock on the 3 axis. Process is exactly the same on a Thermwood as it is on Mills and lathes.

I will get it to you guys early next week. Both the warm up and the oiler program. I am working from home today so I don't have access to them. But Monday or Tuesday I will get them out to you. Do you guys have 3 axis or 5 axis machines? I have programs for both.

I make mine to ramp up as well. I run for 2 minutes each at 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000, 10,000 and 1 minute each at 14,000 and 18,000 RPM.
12 minutes warm up time allows my operators just enough time to do daily maintenance prior to running.

If not, then I could definitely see the benefit.

Grease and oil!! We have a couple machines that do this as well, and aside from the codes Ryan mentioned, we have found that adding grease and oil, including a very thin coat hand applied to the rails and screws, will generally solve this problem.
