When I start eCabinets (V 6.2) I receive the following error message: "You have invalid base path. eCabinet system will not function properly.\"

After clicking the "OK" button, it then starts as usual....???

I recently purchased a new computer so eCabinets 6.2 is a fresh install, and as you know the cabinets folder is not where it used to be -- in fact, I do not know where it is...

Regardless, when I am in eCabinets, I want to load files from the free Furniture Library that have been installed. So, not ...

I am attempting to install the "Manchester Collection" from the available free cabinet libraries. I download the .exe file to my desktop, installed it, opened up eCabinets and am unable to locate any of the cabinets to place in a room I am designing....?

I just updated my software, and am unable to figure out how to move cabinets in the Overview/Main screen. More specifically, how am I able to define the distance I want a particular cabinet moved?

OK. These are great, but do not answer my question. I tried the first idea, but do not know how to get the molding to match the finish on the cabinets (cherry with a cordovan stain from Conestoga)...is there a way to do this?

I was hoping someone with tech support would see my post and assist. I mean, it is simply unbelievable to me, if not ridiculous, that the program would lock me out and I would then be unable to retrieve my code...

I have a major job starting tomorrow for which I used ecabinets...for some reason, when I started the program it asked for my registartion code...after providing it, it said I needed a new one so I visited the new code generator...but that told me I had received too many new codes for my e-mail ...
