I been looking around and cant find a way to identify cabinet numbers in a layout.

How can I find them?
Is there a report or screen I can print to give to an installer so he know what cabs go where?

Sean, When I do as you say with material change, it does not give me a choice to change the end panel. (I have to use an end panel because of using shared sides. If I simply put the end back on the cab the shelves shrink and are not even with the rest. closets ...

As I said earlier, for display or rendering purpose I am aware of there is a work around.

My issue is for costing and cut lists.

I have to do 1/2 hours work to get a new price because white cost $20 a sheet and a wood grain cost $28.95.

OK, I have been working on my closet library for 6 weeks now.
I'm wondering if I have wasted 300+ hours trying to learn eCabs and build a library.

My goal was to have a software product that I could quickly design custom closets at my clients location ...

At least they should take out the check boxes in the preferences.

When making my Closet library I have run into a few problems.
As I use shared sides in my construction and you cant put in stretchers without having 2 sides, I made a material that is .001 thick. This seems to be a good work around until I start changing materials.

I am putting together a closet library. To take advantage of the great display capabilities of eCabs I want to be able to show the design in different colors.

Currently I change the sheet goods..easy.

I am building my catalog of different closet cabinets.
I may be wrong but I was thinking its best to build a catalog and work from that when doing designs for customers. Playing with the software seemed to back that up. But I am really new to this and need all the advice I can get.

That is the way the cabinet is constructed, by unchecking \"has right end\".

Here is a close up of what I'm talking about. If I uncheck show holes the pins disappear but this is still as close as I can place the Cabinet together.

Here is a pic of what I am talking about.
I tried unchecking visibility/ hole patterns but the space between the cabinets is still there. In other words, when I detail a room there is a gap that represents the KD pins. This does not happen when I use butt construction.

I found I could scale them individually. This is pretty time consuming when doing 5 to 7 cabs with double hang. I was trying to see if there was a quicker way of accomplishing this.
