To solve the issue with saving, take one of your countertops into the part editor then return without making any changes. This will let you save the job without freezing up. This issue started with Build 3.
As for the countertops floating, it looks like your cabinets are a couple inches lower than the stove height. Is it possible they are setting below the floor a couple inches? I have had some do that if I took them back to the cabinet editor to make changes to them.

Nick,
I think the jpeg dialogue box is a system related problem. It has something to do with certain graphic card settings or something. It doesn't happen to everyone. It has been discussed at length in the past but I don't remember the cure. I'll see if I can hunt it down.

Nick,
i still haven't found the other forum threads that discuss this. If I were you I would email eCabinets directly or report this problem using \"Feedback\" in the software to contact eCabinets directly. This will get you an answer a lot faster than waiting for the right people to find this post buried in the forum. This goes for your material problem in your new post as well. If this is causing you down time, go directly to Thermwood with the problem.

well, now I've got some floating countertops... Here is a pic, maybe it's a simple setting somewhere that I have overlooked. These cabinets are 34 3/4\" high.
