I have sat there and hit every button I know to hit.
When I chose the part out of the nest and click closed contour shape, then go to the bottom and click NEXT the Next button changes shape with a box surrounding it, but the next button doesn't ever go away. It just stays there. The other parts the NEXT button would disappear and then the part would pop up out of the nest.

I'm not sure why one body won't work, but you could just copy and paste the other one

They are two different bodies, one is leaning down and the other is looking up.

Try doing a chain select on the other body and see if it has any open contours.

Ok Dan, you did it to me again. I am slow with the whole file thing, but once someone shows me I catch on fast.

I down loaded the x_t file under My Tools in shape manager. Now what do I do with it. (Its kind of like a dog chasing a car, if he caught it he wouldn't know what to do with it

I can pull it up under shape manager. But I do not see any other places to open a X_t file.

One of you guys out there needs to write an e-cab file managment for DUMMIES book. I know I would buy one.

Dan will beat me to this but anyway, where you have been loading the dxfs in the part editor look in my tools and change the type of file you are looking for to .x_t ( near the bottom)

Dan, did you find a break in the outline? I was getting the same as Damon in e-cab so I just loaded the dxf at the control and it sees it as closed and will nest it.

Nope, I couldn't find any breaks at all. It is a lot faster to create the part with just the single body as an x_t.

These where made from scrap. I am still toying around with the router since we have only had it for a week now.

If I where going to make some to keep, I would make them from 1/2\" MDO.
Sign makers use it all the time for exterior. I think a 4x8 sheet of 1/2\" is $35.00. Thats not too bad, $17.50/deer.

I wonder if MDO is the same as Extira. Also, 3/4\" may be required for fit. Looks great. Keep it up.
