faceframe width doesn't work

Post by BenRatt »

Why can't I change the faceframe width? When I pull up screen 2 of the FF settings there is no column for FF width.

It looks like you have cropped the image. "page two" is normally centered in the window and it is off to one side as if something is blocking the image or edited. The blue question mark is missing, define materials is missing, ok /cancel is missing, go to page one is missing?????

Are you in Face frame editor or main screen? Have you tried it in both locations?

Make sure your screen resolution is set to 1024 X 768

Nope, the image is not cropped and changing the screen resolution doesn't help. Does anyone else have this problem??

Ben

Do you have the same problem if you start with a standard frameless base and go into Construction Settings -> Face Frames?

What kind of graphics card do you have and what memory size is it?

Yes, I tried a standard frameless cabinet and turned the faceframe on and off and in both instances, the option to change the width of the face frame wasn't available.

I am going to give you a call in just a minute. I will try to work through some things over the phone to get your software working properly.

The graphics card shouldn't have anything to do with whether all of the dialog shows or not.

I would say the best thing to do is to call eCabinets Technical Support for advice.

Ben
I wanted to check and see if running a repair fixed this or not. Please let me know.
