I seemed to forgot how to export my cutlist to excel. I thought all you did was create a cutlist and it gave you a choise to export to excell. What am I missing?

That's the problem the link is not showing up. I have tried to restart my computer and that did nothing. I have closed down eCab. and reopened it and still the link will not show up. I have not tried to reinstall the update for fear I might lose eCab all together.
I am sure I was able to export in the past.

Do you have this file on your hard drive c:\Program Files\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\temp\cutlist.xls? If you delete it by hand and then rerun the cutlist, does it show up?
I would give the eCab guys a call before I re-installed. As I remember you had a lot of trouble installing this on Vista.
Personally I a would just wait for the release of V6 and for now copy my job to the laptop to export since it is working there.
There is only three reason for the link not to show up.
1. it can not delete the temp\cutlist.xls file. (cutlist.xls is readonly or ecabinets is not being run as admin)
2. it can not open the excel driver to create a new xls file (i.e. excel or excel viewer is not installed on the pc)
3. ecabinets does not have admin rights to create the xls file itself. (Are you running ecabinets as admin?)
