Is there a way to build a 16"D X 20"W X 45"H podium with a 24"wide x 20" deep top that has about a 15 degree angle on it that can be completely CNC machined using blind dados?

The top would have to be fixed from underneath

Thanks for the example. What I need is the have it totally set up to be assembled with blind dado joints or a combo with a rafix type lock joint. This way it could be sent to a location and assembled on the spot.

Sorry, I didn,t show the blind dados.
Just need some sash cramps and glue and your good to go.
Perhaps replace the back rail with a bracket or you can turn on or off, and adjust the dados to your liking in construction settings
I don't think you will be able to addd the blind dado or kd/rta joinery to the top is it is angled. you can't add joinery to any angled parts unless you do it manually in the part editor.
That's what I was thinking also but hoping that there was a way around it or maybe something I may have missed.
Maybe Scott or Larry can shed some light on this. I know this is not the first time some one has wanted to have a construction method, other than a BUTT joint, used on an angle joint.

I hae been in Colorado all this week and yes we did get snow. I don't hink it was as bad in Dalhart as they had expected.
about 6 or 8 months ago I had to do a "widget" for Keith that required joinery on an angled part exactly like what you are needing for the podium. I was able to do it using a stretcher but there were some wierd little ticks in the nest that the machine was trying to cut using an eighth inch tool. When I reported this to Scott he thanked me for finding a bug. He said that the software should not have allowed me to create the joinery. Untill the next release when this bug is fixed I guess it would still work. I will give it a try tomorrow and see if I can do it again.
