CS43 tool changer off set issues
For a while now we have had issues with T3 not pushing fully down into the holder, now today we noticed T9 is doing the same thing. I have tried to get into the tool changer setup as I'm guessing each tool may have a different Z adjustment but the two standard passwords don't work. Anyone no the ...

Re: Thermwood CS40 With Fusion 360
Not sure if this will help or not but with using Mozaik Post Processor on our CS43 we have to use a negative factor to make the machine calculate right. If it's just the Z axis maybe there is a setting somewhere to adjust the reference point. 0 top of the material or 0 bottom of material.

Reversing the x and y axis movents
I there a setting in the THM software to change so that the machine will move the opposite direction with a negative command? Currently our controller is on the right side of the machine. Facing the machine it moves from right to left with a positive "teach" command. For the post processor we are ...

Ramp in error
I just updated control nesting to see if the error left but it is still doing it. For tool settings it only see to do it with climb out line and conventional clean up. Some times drawing the pcs using different part that has different grain sometimes helps but I think the biggest problem is that it ...

Ecab updates
Probably a message to the devs. We have been running parallel programs since we got our CS43 in say 2010. Beauty of a machine! Personally I love Ecabinets and understand it and its draw backs. It is difficult for the average office worker to slap together some quick drawings. That is my question ...

I'm talking for custom cabinet parts, gables, bottoms and backs, drawer boxes in different lengths and millimeter width and height increments. Every cabinet is slightly different so it is impossible to setup DXF templates as well...

Re: Mozaik
We are also real interested in the Mozaik link. They are trying to build us a post processor but are having a bad time of it! Not real enthused about that anyway as it only generates G code for one sheet per file. Would love to stay with eCabinets but the 3D drawing and pricing are the issues. The ...

Hi Scott, with your expertise I am sure you thought of these...
-Is your existing file path over a network?
-Also with previous versions of Window I occasionally would run into it were I need to "unblock" a downloaded file under file properties...

Thanks Clint, This is AWESOME! To elaborate for others wanting to use this. When in Part Editor, the Windows shortcut Control + A works to select all geometry.
-Clint-
1- Right click and select "cut/pocket using closed contour" 1st.
2-Then hit "ctrl A"
3-Voila!!

Re: Wish list
Thanks Tim/Clint, for the help with adding items. Exactly what I was looking for! I am not sure why I missed it in the "Help"
1. Can you be a little more descriptive about this?

I guess since the Thermwood Team hasn't setup a wish list post I will keep leaving my wish lists here and there...
1- Display the hinge drilling placement with a "mouse over". For those that have to redo a door after the cabinet is on site this would be AWESOME!!

For machining we cut them out as folds. We have even CADed out big tapered range hoods pocketed panels into the front, flipped and folded.
