I am hoping someone can help me. I tried Google AI and we all know that didn't work. I am having issues with 3/4 and 5/8 melamine chipping during the ramp in process during the outline of parts. I've included my settings below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!

Hey Jeremey, thanks for reaching out! It is only this one job that gives that error. I have never seen it before. And am cutting another job today that nested perfectly, wrote and is cutting now.

Quick update.
As I try to nest now it just simply hangs and then after 30 minutes crashes thermwood all together.

Hey Gentleman. I am getting the same error today for the first time on our CS45 Machine. Any words of advice to resolve this?

Recently after an update to the software (last week) randomly starting half way through a cut today on sheet 3 I noticed a sticker with Off-Fall $-1$ and I thought cool I just seen it roll over like a cars odometer! Took photos and sent them to a few people all excited.

And then the next sheet ...

I second this !! Everyday I run into trying to find a problem part and it is annoying to have to write just for identifying a part.
