How do i do this?
when we make our upper corner cabinets, we make it with a 1/2\" back, inset 1/4\", with the back full-dadoed into the top and bottom, as well as the gables. is there a way so that the top, bottom, and gables could have this dado cut for the back right to the edge of the material? right now it leaves a 1/4\" strip on the outside, which makes it a pain for the guys to assemble the cabinet. the only way i can think of is to create a cabinet with a 3/4\" back with no inset, and not cut the backs, then create a second cabinet and only cut the 1/2\" backs from that.
i have tried taking the parts into the part editor and creating a pocket to cut away the material, but it comes up with an error every time.
any suggestions would be welcome!

ok, if the nesting within ecabinets is any indication. this won't machine well at all. here are some screen captures of how the material nests. note the dado (?) across the top and bottom of the unit, and the backs are completely screwed... the holes start wayy off the sheet, etc.
