I never work from an assembly. They have always been more trouble than they are worth.
I will never nest an assembly, there will be problems. I suggest you place the individual cabinets in a batch ...

Here is your file so you don't have to download to view. It does look good.
I am having the same problem with it changing the layout. Experimenting with just how much "Artistic License" to allow.

Re: Anyone Using AI for Presentations?
Forrest,
This is a software called ArchSynth. Right now all I do is take a screen clip from eCabinets and make a few selections. On the pictures below, the only prompt I gave was to add a wine rack and glass door inserts. It makes a pretty good presentation drawing without having to set all the ...

Thanks Clint,
No, the person that sent me the file was not able to open it either, so he just started over from scratch. I guess everything worked the second time, so you must be correct about a corrupt cabinet. That would make it a random thing so there would be nothing he could do to prevent it in ...

Re: using drawer box designer
Chris,
You could create the joinery (full dado) in the front, back and bottom of your dovetail box and then create and cut the partition separately.

I took your cabinet into the Cabinet editor and replaced the drawer fronts using Global Item Modification with a slab drawer front I had with no edge banding and everything seems to work after that.

Re: Is rendering playing up for anyone else?
Forrest,
Are you using multiple displays and a possibly a docking station.
When Dell does a BIOS update, it messes up my settings for the Thunderbolt ports that I have the docking station plugged into.
I have to go ingo BIOS and re-check a box to allow booting through the Thunderbolt ports.
