I agree with Ian, we build them as cabinets so you can change length, width, height, anything, then add them as a batch item to the job.
We rarely build one unless there is some oddball size or something. There are too many parts and are tedious to build in the shop so we found out it was ...

This might be a good time for Thermwood to decide if they want to host a "User Forum" or abandon it.
Having a forum that is not functional and for all practical purposes, ignored, is basically the same as not having one.

Take your cabinet into the cabinet editor and because your back will be creating the dado in the deck, open Back Construction Parameters.
At the top you will see your Dado Settings. eCabinets will cut a dado the depth shown plus whatever Depth Clearance you have shown for the back.

Be certain you don't change either file name

It is in there. I have 17 Conestoga Drawer Fronts.

Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\drawers\Saved\Conestoga\Standard

on your computer and see if the Jpg for the slab drawer front might have been deleted. If the jpg is not there and the .hsf file is it won't show ...

We had to go to 5" stretchers because the front shoulder needed to move back so their edge bander cutoff didn't hit the front tenon. You can play with the settings and possibly still get everything to work on 4" stretchers.

I still remember the original eCabinet systems forum and we all thought the phpBB software was quite an upgrade and I think that was Dean.

This is something similar we did for a customer (about ten years ago) so they could flat pack the cabinets.
We found that with a single tenon the two inch screws would split or swell the top stretcher in particle board core or even plywood.
The two tenons with one screw seemed to work better ...
