What support comes with a new Thermwood CNC router?

Every new Thermwood system includes installation and 5 days of hands-on machine training for 2 people at Thermwood's training facility in Dale, Indiana. The Cut Center is designed to need no training, and the full course is available as an add-on. See Machine Training.

What is the Thermwood Advanced Support Program?

The Advanced Support Program is a service plan for Thermwood machines with a SuperControl. It includes control software updates, Virtual Service, a control parts warranty, a machine labor warranty for U.S. customers and a discount on repair parts.

What is Thermwood Virtual Service?

Virtual Service connects your Ultra 6 SuperControl to Thermwood's service department through a live audio and video link. A technician can see and talk with you, view the control's key parameters, diagnose problems while programs run and send videos that walk you through repairs, often avoiding a service trip.

Does Thermwood support older CNC routers?

Yes. Thermwood supports its CNC routers for their entire working life. Retrofits add new controls, drives, spindles and tooling to existing machines, and Thermwood can fully overhaul older machines at its Dale, Indiana facility.
