The Thermwood Model 63 is a large bed CNC router designed for two and three dimensional machining of large composite parts, three dimensional patterns, and large sheet materials including hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, particleboard, plastics, and aluminum.
The Model 63 is available in 5'x10', 5'x20', and 5'x40' table sizes, with table extensions available up to 100 feet in length, making it one of the largest CNC router platforms Thermwood offers.
The Model 63 comes standard with a 12 HP HSD Spindle running at 3,000 to 24,000 RPM. An 18 HP HSD Spindle is available as an option for more demanding machining applications.
The Thermwood Model 63 features a standard 24 inch vertical extended Z axis, providing ample clearance for machining tall three dimensional parts, patterns, and molds.
The Model 63 offers an optional At-the-Head Automatic Tool Changer and a 10 Position Rotary Tool Changer, along with an optional second head spindle and electric drill for added versatility.
